I think that the Richmans are not really doing thier jobs. That much though but I do believe it's the coaching stuff. Right now I'm still looking for people to train them. It's time to get up in the rankings that it's not funny. The Richmans are currently sitting in last place. It's time to move up. So let's hope a couch will accept and we get those wins.
