(The following is an excerpt from a recent episode of Inside Hockey with Michael Landsberg.)

Landsberg - "You speak some Chinese. How does that help out with the new ownership structure with the Liu Ya Ya family taking over the organization?"

Roedb - "Not much really. They are from some village in the Northeast of the country. Got rich over night with their paper factory or something. I don't have the slightest ^$%&ing clue what they are talking about. Before I joined the D'Agostino's pizza business I was assistant manager at a Chinese restaurant and I hooked up with the owner's daughter, you know? She taught me all the dirty stuff so it doesn't help too much with these people. I speak Mao's Chinese..."
