Lumír Morong, head coach of HC Ursa, had commented on the Jelgavas Saldētāji new acquisition Jaromír Císař this morning, according to the Latvian Hockey Daily.

"I've been playing with Císař a lot in our younger days, he was a creative player and a very nice person, let's see what he can bring to Jelgavas Saldētāji as a coach", — said Morong.

Answering to journalists question of how he sees the V.29 competition and who are the main competitors for Ursa, Morong said, that "Jelgavas Saldētāji are obviously Ursa's main opponents here".

"Jelgavas Saldētāji are very strong squad. I would especially notice Jānis Vimba, his experience will surely help them a lot. It's hard to predict now, since the play-offs are long time away, but this is obvious, that we should be aware of Jelgavas team development and prepare well for our derbys during the season", — said the coach.

When asked about HC Ursa plans for the regular season, Morong was looking very confident for squads future.

"There's is a job to be done, but I'm sure we will be in the play-offs. I will shave my head bold if this will not happen", — he commented.
