Rackfield Arena hosted ARD EOIN HC tonight and the Wyverns faithful made it a loud one!

The coaches fielded a largely unchanged line up from the game against HC SAHY, one notable change being VACLAV PARENCIA taking to the ice between the pipes in place of HARVE BROCARD, the coaches with one eye on upcoming games no doubt.

What followed once the puck was dropped was little more than a masterclass in hockey from the Wyverns. Despite showing great awareness and dedication to one another ARD EOIN HC were sadly well beaten although they managed a great goal to beat an otherwise superb performance from the Wyverns goalie.

'It was a professional performance.' Said ADAM RANSOM, manager of the Wyverns. 'We did what we needed to do and fair play to our opponents they didn't give up and converted a chance with a well taken goal. They showed that given time they could well be a team to watch out for.'

The Wyverns now have a some friendly fixtures this weekend before a top of the table clash against LIBERATORS on Monday.
