While this might be a bit late since we are already half way through the third round I decided that I should at least complete the play-off press releases.

The second round wasn't that close at all for Vancouver Jokers HC as the again swept their series but playing as the under dog in the round one must wonder how much the other team had left in the bank for the play-off rounds.

Both teams that are playing in the third round for ninth place overall standing are Vancouver Jokers HC (11) and Ontario Riffles (12). The series was tight between the two teams during the regular series even if on paper Vancouver is the better team.

We expect a tight round between the two teams but overall Vancouver Jokers HC are simple happy to either finish 9th or 10th as it will still be an improvement on the regular season placing. We are still gunning for 9th as we were gunning for 10th in the regular season.
