The Rangers Update!!! November 10th 2009

Today will be a day to remember in Fedidit Rangers history. The Rangers have won the 3rd and deciding game against all countries 3-1. The start of the game was not all smiles as all countries was the first to score at 4:40. The Rangers quickly turned things around with a goal of their own in the first, then another in the second and third periods.

As per Rangers usual style of game play, the penalty box was full of more Rangers than all countries players. There were a few tight plays that almost made this a different game from those all countries power plays.

The 3 stars of the game are...Vinny Digby (1 G, 1 A, +1), Tom Perrault (0 G, 2 A, +1), and Mitch Clarkson (1 G, 0 A, +1). Many fans believe that goalie Dan Menard with 20 shots on him with 19 saves for a SV% of 95% should have been named as one of those stars.

With round one of the 9th-16th placement games over, the Fedidit Rangers (11) look to their next challenge of wasingoton capitals (12) on Wednesday the 11th with pre-game WWII veterans stories following the minute of silence for Rememberance Day. National Anthem sung by the barber shoppers of Fedidit Nation.
