Brampton Capitals† - Big Goaltending Change
The Brampton Screaming Eagle announce a big signing today.
Brampton has signed Goalie Tomas Stiner from Czech Republic club ZajaC army.
Tomas is only 16 years old and has yet to play a competitive game, but has a large upside and tons of potential.
When asked to comment about the new player manager J. Motley said "We've been looking to upgrade our goal tending for some time now. What we've got here is a young man who wants to play and probably would had he not come from such a competitive club. ZajaC army is a first place team in their league and just couldn't find space for him on their roster. We're very happy to have him here in Brampton and we'll get him started right away with our upcoming game against Lundenburg tomorrow."
As a result Brampton has placed Goalie Allan Stubbs up for transfer. Allan's been with the club since the beginning and has played 41 season games and 4 national tournament games in a Screaming Eagles uniform. He has a career highlighted with 3 shutouts and a 90.29% save percentage in the national tournaments.
