Tottenham Hotspur were welcomed into the Rackfield Arena this evening and sadly like their footballing namesake in the FA Cup were sent home without the win.

The Wyverns took control from the start until the end of the game, massively out performing the visitors in both terms of possession and shots.

Herve Brocard between the pipes for the Wyverns frustrated the Hotspurs further posting another shutout.

Wyverns head coach Saroun said of the game, 'It was good that we did not allow them into the game. It is easy in games like this that you are compacent and then they are there to pounce at you. Instead we keep composure and enjoy our game. Even penalties for us were low.'
