The Rangers Update!!! November 12 2009

Game one of the best of three against the wasingoton capitals was packed with excitment on hime ice yesterday. The game started off poorly for the Fedidit Rangers as the Capitals were able to put 2 goals past golie Dan Menard. The game picked up from there with Fedidit Rangers comming within one by the end of the first period and tied the game three and a half minutes into the second. After the Capitals pulled ahead and the Rangers answering, the Capitals finally were able to break free with 4 goals. The Rangers were able to make a goal too little to late with only 50 seconds left in the game. The Capitals win round one 4-7.

"Even though the Rangers lost, it was a good game,"says a fan."if they can cut down the penalties the result may have been different."

The three stars of the game are 1,2,3.....Stuart Humes (0 G, 3 A, +1), Karl Vallee (2 G, 0 A, 0), Kevin McLovin (1 G, 1 A, +1) all for the Washington Capitals.

With new blood on the team in net (Theo De Sweemer from Belgium) and two new forwards (Dominic Breacker, and Al Love both Canadians) the Rangers feel that a win is possible to force a game three at home!
