It was a great way to finish the season for Vancouver Jokers HC as they completed a come from behind series win over Ontario Riffles as the lost their first game of the series but managed to come back strong in the last remaining two games to claim 9th overall in the play-offs.

"It means a lot since we have under performed most of the season and to finish 9th shows us such." commented Bouchard. "We are looking for a stronger season next year and we have areas that we are going to focus in the short off season to try and improve our team."

"We have added two experience coaches just before the play-offs started and they have already started paying off in the way of development of our players. This will further strength our team heading into next season as we continue also to work off the ice at building our arena to allow more fans the joy of watching a fast improving Vancouver Jokers team." added a joyful Bouchard.

"Next season we expect to be in the top 8 teams in the league and anything less will be disappointing" finished Bouchard.
