Puckin' Idiots† - WarHawks win first game!!

A very excited crowd packed the Lewiston Ice Arena last night. Lewiston sent them home very happy. The crowd witnessed history as the WarHawks won their first III.2 league game 8 to 5.
Albert Nolan showed the home crowd that he would be a team leader, as he scored 2 goals and had 3 assist. Hubert Madrigal scored 2 goals with 2 assist. Jackson, Finch, Sayel and Beach had one goal apiece.
The WarHawks played good defense in the 3rd period to hold off a very strong Dayton Gems team. Malhachai Lyons stopped 32 shots allowing 3 goals. Tickets are on sale now for the Otters game.
