When asked about the first game of the season's results Nick said vaguely. "We could have done way better."

TriangleChoke took no penalties all game. The Lizard Kings on the other hand took 7 although their PK unit rose to the task and only allowed 1. "That is 7 too many in my book.. The guys need to be less aggressive and stick with the puck carrier rather than hook him up."

That he did... Len Lacey stopped 20 out of 21 shots.. Which ended up leading the III.I4 league with a 95.5 save % after the first round of games.

"However, I am happy our guys won majority of the faceoffs."

"We brought in two players to the lineup before this game was played. It will take some time for them to gain the chemistry needed.. But we have faith adding two veteran players to this locker room will really do some good." The GM added a goalie, and a center both 23 yrs of age to the roster before the game.
