I take great pleasure in beginning the Watkins Warrior to UK league III.10.

To the fans, On a limited budget to emphasis must be on staying finically stable.

I have put a business model together which displays a three year plan. The first year will be focus on the day to day running in the black. We will foucs on facilities, arena and staffing growth. Hopefully at the end of the season we will be in a position for playing growth also.

My reasons for this approach are simple!

I believe that this present team can deliver results that should see us in the top 8 by the play offs.
