As the olympics are mid-way and since I am a new manager I had the absolute madness of looking at our national team election. It is a shame! So few candidates. Half of them from foreign countries? My team is the NATIONAL. I am proud of our country. Hockey is our national sport. I dont have enough experience to solicit the votes myself but I would like to choose the best candidate. No one from the first and second divison interested? Someone with experience?

The second point I would like to make in this press release is about the lack of communication between us, Canadian Managers. No matter our national team is not the best and not even in the first divisons. How new manager like me could improve their team? How could we have better CANADIAN players and employees if we arent sharing any experience? Hints, tips, were are they?

I personnaly see ligue games as practices (serious practices) to try tactics we can use against other countries. Since I could bet on players, I personnaly almost always choose Canadian players from Canadian team. Even if I dont win the bet, I am delighted to see the price rise. I imagine this money being invested in CANADA, in OUR teams. We should all work togheter to improve our knowledge, our managers and our teams. We shall develop canadian players. We shall develop our team infrastructure for better players. We shall bet on Canadian players to give Canada more money to develop our infrastructures.

I am begging canadian manager with experience to help their fellow-countryman.

Finale, who will stand for Canada this time? Is anyone proud and brave enough to take the duty? I hope so. If there is someone, I'll got my support and all Canadians recognition.
