The Cleveland Intrepids are poised to have their best season ever. The team seem much improved both offensively and defensively.

Offense: A+ - Lead by the line of Garvey, Begot and Sjostrom, this years team is winning alot and winning big. We already have three 30 goal scorers in Garvey, Sjostrom and Volti. All the members of the first line are on pace to have 100 point seasons. Garvey has already tied the single season goal scoring record with 38 and is on pace for 60 goals and an amazing 130 points. Begot, last years goal scoring leader is on pace for 86 assists. In fact, all the lines are on pace for record breaking years. Finney Berginsson, who replaced an aging but serviceable Borna Odorcic, has already broken his personal best in scoring with 55 points and is on pace for 24 goals and 63 points
"Our second line is comparable to many teams 1st lines," Said coach Gabriel Bastrzyk.

Defense: A+ - Another vast improvement over an already very good defense. The team as a whole is +225, thus far. Both Kendrac and Guman are both on pace to score 67 points, shattering the single season defensive scoring record set by Geoffrey Bronner last year.

Goaltending: B- - Not that its a bad showing but starter Leon Maas is .882 save percentage is lacking although he has had several stellar performances and already has 2 shut outs and a serviceable 2.53 GAA. Back ups Voldemārs Vankovskis and Enrique Grigsby have played solid in relief and Vankovskis has already recorded 3 shutouts and a 1.74 GAA in 7 appearances.

Coaching: A - Coach Bastrzyk has done a stellar job improving the team as a whole since he took over. Raising the team's poistion in the standings every year. The team has yet to win a playoff series, though. That might, ultimately, be the measuring stick.
