Fricasseed Frogs† - Frickaseed Frogs - Out
The FF News: November 4, 2009
When tuesday rolled around the Frogs were still crying over their disapointing loss against the Nats10. Nats10 put no effort into the game and yet they came out with a 4-2 victory over the Frogs. GM Ketch Hoel questioned the integrirty of the refs and elluded to the system being rigged against him in a flippant comment to reporters as he left the arena in a huff. Reports from later that evening say he was seen sobbing at a Best Buy trying to console himself with electronics.
Dispite being out of the playoffs the Frogs managed to pull out a 3-0 victory over the higher placed team Project Mayhem. This is Pierre Wainwright's first shut out of the season. Fitting way to end the season.
The Frogs didn't make many comments after the game, but they looked determined about the future. Lets see how the off season treats them.
In other news, The Dutch Oven was vadalized again with mathematical equations depicting the Frog's 0% probability of now making the playoffs spray painted all over the walls.
On the injury front. Graham Prudhoe is off the disabled list, although it is rumored that the 3rd seat goalie will not be returning and sent back to the minors next season.
Ryan Dupuis, one of the teams more well known players was added to the Day-to-Day disabled list with an Abdominal Stetch. Ryan is well known for playing only 1 game this season after being benched, and scoring a hat trick during that game.
Maurice Jamison is still on the disabled list for another 19 days.
