As the season comes to a close with only 5 games remaining Vancouver is targeting 10th place overall.

In the last few weeks the team has climbed through the ranks up from 13th to 10th but they will be in tough to hang on to the placing.

"I would love to see the team finish with 500 record as we are currently 3 or 4 games below this maker and it will give the team something to build on for next season." commented Robert Bouchard, Teams President of operations.

"We are focused on building the team in the right direction and with the results we are seeing in training and during the games add promise and hope towards the direction that we have taken is the right aspect to improve our team." added Bouchard about the strong mid season form of his team.

"The Play-off will take care of them shelves as we are focused on finishing the season on a high note and starting the play-offs as strongly as we can." continued Bouchard.
