With a capacity stadium and first division status, the Dunnville Mudcats have become popular with local tour companies busing in fan groups from nearby towns and cities, including the nearby city of Guelph. With tickets becoming increasingly difficult to come by, Mudcat officials interestingly singled out fans from Guelph as being the biggest problem, recently checking drivers licenses at the front gate and refusing entry to those from their northerly neighbours.
