Hello everyone,

I have spent the past few seasons scouting the entire USA player pool and think I can bring some valuable insights to the national team program.

I would work closely with out senior and U20 coaches to identify the top talents and get them developing in a way to fit both their club and national team.

Along with this, I want to put extra focus on finding the good prospects on lower division teams and push them to get sold for fair compensation to teams more capable of developing them, as we have missed on a few great prospects in recent seasons.
