Además también podrás votar para elegir a los directores de los seleccionados de tu país. Para ser candidato necesitás tener una experiencia mínima de manager de 51 puntos. Hay dos rondas de elecciones. Los 10 managers con el mayor número de votos de apoyo avanzarán a la segunda ronda de votaciones.

Olá, amigos!

I am JetStar, of the team Lauzon Nordiens (and current assistant GM of Netherlands U20 hockey team) and I would like to run for Portugal Senior Team GM.

I currently have 14 years of experience on this game (current team was founded in 2019, but my account dates all the way back to 2010) and I have a very good understanding of tactics and counter-tactics.

As you can see on my team's history, I have been grinding my way towards the top of my division and I am trying to earn my way to the top canadian division for the first time.
The approach I would have with the senior team would be similar. It's by dedication, patience and hard work that it is possible to achieve great things.
If you have any questions about how I would manage things like the line-up and friendly games, don't hesitate to write me a private message, I will be happy to answer.

I have already started scouting the players from the senior team (and also players that could possibly make the team in the future) so, if I were to win the election, I would be ready to get to work right away.
