After lengthy negotiations, the Hull Ice Hogs are delighted to announce two new signings to the pigpen.

The first, Ľubomír Hunyor, is a stalwart Defenseman hailing from hc bilbao in the Slovakian fifth tier.

The second, Emil Friberg, is a winger hailing from the Scandinavian country of Sweden. He previously plied his trade in the Swedish third division and is eagerly anticipating adopting to life in Hull. "I love Hull - the city, the fans and the nightlife". Friberg is no stranger to controversy, after being involved in a nightclub incident in his Native Sweden, which involved an ABBA tribute band, meatballs and an IKEA folding table.


The head coach describes the two new signings as "brilliant - we'll stick 'em straight in the squad for tomorrow's friendly against Vikings2013".
