The game wasn't as one sided as the report might look as the FearOfGod lead five-nothing after two periods before Vancouver Evil Jokers last period push back, where they scored three goals to make the score line more interesting.

The real story of the game was João Carvalhal, of FearOfGod. who made thirty-five save in the win and was almost perfect except for the third period.

"It was a game that we expected to win and to see that we came out on the losing end in such a fashion since we couldn't score was really interesting to see." commented Team manager, Robert Bouchard.
