The first major acquisition of the Gryphons, "Czech Mate" has been the longtime number one center in Guelph. He's averaged a point per game despite playing in the top division for multiple seasons. He is a consistent performer on the powerplay and penalty kill. He is also a yearly candidate for sportsman of the year, having only amassed 10 PIMS over 182 games played. Teodor continues to lead by example and is an excellent role model for younger players.
