So...our first whole season in PPM turned out far greater than anticipated. After a tentative start the team approached the top steadily. Coming in to the playoffs, things started to look really good. Several of the other intended top teams in the league had really worn out their players, while our strategy was to save as much energy as possible, which of course shouldn't be a problem when half of your opponents are computer teams. Anyway, we managed to win the play offs and thus advanced to the third division.

Unfortunately there's a massive difference between different leagues in the same division. We had mainly taken a look at a third division with a high number, causing us to believe that our team would stand up well in the competition...well, that believe vanished faster than a speeding bullet once it stood clear which division we'd spend this season in.

However, we won't just sit here and hope for the best. In fact, a couple of players have been recruited already, strengthening our team quite a bit. It's likely to believe that more players will be bought throughout the season.

When it comes to the games so far we've actually managed to win two out of three. One victory was pretty expected, but the other one came as a real surprise. Hopefully we'll encounter more surprises of that kind along the way.
