Marion Steamengines† - New team to the III.3 league
Fledgling team owner Himanoco is excited to get the former Chicago Kung Fu Fighters moved to Marion and under the new Steamengine name.
Understanding that the season is already half over, the Steamengines are focused on growing together as a team and learning as much as they can. Every game is important and every game will be one where they gain new experience, new opportunity, and new things to look forward to.
"Wins and Losses are not nearly as important as how we play the game," the new owner was quoted as saying. "I want to spend a lot of time on team and staff development and make sure that we provide our fans with a great show. We're getting our facility upgraded and we've got some very helpful sponsers. Here's looking forward to a great Season 9 and coming together as a team."
With one home win and one road loss under his belt, the new owner was glad to see some of his young players perform and will keep "mixing it up" when it comes to lines until he can "find the right fit".
