Hudson Black Bears have issued a press release congratulating all teams - win or lose - on their first round progress and wishing everyone the best of luck in the coming rounds.

Bears GM Edward Darkker, when asked about facing the powerful Toronto Virgins in the 2nd round said "This is what it's all about. This is when we finally see what kind of team we've put together. We don't know what to expect but we know our guys - like the other teams - will leave it all out on the ice."

The regular season champs' GM continued "It's been a pleasure and an honour competing in the 10th season edition of IV. 10. From the veteran teams to the newcomers, there's been some amazing stories told already this year. In the end, whether it's the Black Bears, Toronto Virgins, the Explosion or the Gold Fish - whoever wins it all will be there because they've earned it. One thing I know for sure is it's a great day for hockey"
