Birmingham Barons have taken on a new manager after recent results have not been going their way.

General Manager Matt has highlighted a number of key areas for improvement.

'The team has been creating chances all season but has been failing to convert. We have been relying far too much on our goalies to win the games for us, with little or no input the other end of the ice.'

Matt hopes that improvements in the offensive side of the team can solve the Baron's scoring problems and haul them into a playoff spot.
