"Basically Michael it works like this. In law, we attempt to make the wording of documents as general and overarching as we possibly can. We try to cover absolutely as many angles as possible so, if some individual were to question the legitimacy of such document, there would always be a manner in which we could show that they are incorrect. It's win-win for us. We, at the end of the day, will win in court and at the same time such language provides a mask for our own incompetence!"
