The Rangers Update!!! December 4th 2009

A very exciting game today against Les Bests de Cheikhville. The game started with the Rangers ahead 1-3 after the first period, from there Les Bests de Cheikhville made the game interesting by tying the game 5-5 after two. It was the 3rd period that the Rangers were able to pull away and win the game 5-7.

A suprise on the ice today was injured player Jakub Vlach. He is feeling the effects of a Back musculature bruise and is expected to make a full recovery within 3 days. That is if he doesnt make it worse playing like he has.

What surprised fans even more was that Jakub Vlach was able to get a goal early in the second period! "I felt guud dis mornik," says Jakub Vlach,"wit playars at de camp it waas de least I cud doo"

Season 3 has brought some changes for the Rangers, as their penalties are down with only 3 taken this game to Les Bests de Cheikhville's 6! If the Rangers can keep this up, 1st place may be a reality!

The 3 stars are as follows....Ryan Nethercott (1 G, 2 A, +3), John MacNeill (1 G, 1 A, +3), and injured Jakub Vlach (1 G, 1 A, +3), 1,2,3 respectivly.

The rangers play Riga "Tiger" next on Saturday a friendly game with overtime tie-break. They are a stronger team, but with well thaught out tactics, the Rangers may surprise!
