The gruelling 38 game season is over and the playoffs are set. Congrats go to the Incredible Foes who won the league with 82 points. There are some interesting matchups in the first round, and there is the possibility of an upset in each round. Now, here are my predictions for the II.2 playoffs.

1) Incredible Foes vs. 8) Skillz That Killz
Season series 1-1
The Incredible Foes, who haven’t lost in 9 games, are a team that are destined to gar far into these playoffs. Skillz should provide a challenge, but the Foes should get this done in two games.

2) Falcon vs. 7) The cKs
Season series 2-0 Falcon
The cKs are a powerful team that overcame early season struggles and clinched a playoff spot on the final day. Falcon is a good team which came out strong and struggled late, losing the top spot late in the season. The hot team will win this series, and the cKs will pull off the upset in 3.

3) Drunken Monkeys vs. 6) Rimouski HC
Season Series 2-0 Rimouski
In what should be a close series, both teams will win their games at home. And in the decisive third game, the Monkeys will pull it out in what will be an exciting series.

4) VANCOUVER GIANTS vs. 5) Classic
Season Series 1-0-1 Vancouver
A rematch from Season 2 in which Classic swept the Giants, the Giants are looking for revenge. Winners of five straight, they are coming into the playoffs on a high. Classic is coming in on a two game win streak as well, so both teams are playing good. However, the more desperate team will win, and it will be the Giants. Giants in 3.

Second Round: Foes defeat the cKs in 2 games
Giants defeat the Monkeys in 3 games

Finals: Foes defeat the Giants in 3 games

These are my predictions for the playoffs. Of course, I’m hoping for the opposite in the finals. Good luck to all the teams.
