To be a candidate you need to have manager experience of at least 51. There are two rounds of elections. 10 managers with the highest number of preferential votes advance to the second round of the elections.

Rád bych se ucházel o možnost být managerem naší reprezentace do 20 let.

Důvod je jednoduchý po letech strádání je čas na změnu, která jak věřím by nás vynesla zpátky tam kam patříme a to jen a pouze na první místo.

Je nutné se zaměřit na naše mladé týmy, které bez sebe menších pochyb mají obrovskou kvalitu a možnost bojovat se správným managerem o nejvyšší příčky. Pevně věřím že pode mnou bychom tohoto mohli dosáhnout.
