The Ice Dogs lost once again today, Oct 30th 2009, against the mighty African Sea-ville club; final score: 7-1 to the home team (ASV). Despite the fact that the Ice Dogs played away against the best team in the league, the entire staff is in deep frustration with the form of the players. Hopefully their bid on Anchieta, a young Brazilian powerhouse, will be able to help them get back on track. The Ice Dogs have bid a high price on this legendary player, around $11 550 000, and there is still about 13-14 hours left until the bidding is finished (when this being posted).

The Mississauga Ice Dogs bank account currently holds: 12 267 907, even after all of the fees the club received for too many players, arena problems/vandals, etc.
