As the most important week in Season 10, thus far, for the Omaha Blizzard draws near a lot of fans are getting very excited for what is being dubbed, "Determination Week." "It is called Determination Week for two reasons," said GM Jordan Holthus in the Blizzard press conference earlier this morning, " It is the week that tells us where we match up against some of the leagues top teams, also because it may have some determination on how the rankings could shift about and what the post season might be like for many of the leagues top teams."

The Omaha Blizzard start the week off playing the Kansas City Mavericks at Bluesky Airways Arena. KC has been on the rise lately, winning four of their last five games and currently sit at #5 in the league.

The second matchup features another midwest showdown as the Blizz head to neighboring state Missouri again, this time to face the Fox Warriors on the road. Fox Warriors currently sport the third longest win streak in the league at 11. The Warriors are currently #2 in the league and are winning with great all around play on offense and defence.

The third and final matchup of Determination Week is back at home as the league leading DBN Thunder come into town and pit, what could still be the league's longest winning streak, which currently is an astounding 14 straight against the Omaha Blizzards currently second longest win streak in the league at 13 straight W's. DBN has been on top of the league for quite some time and with the performance by their team are showing no signs of looking back.

Coach Rupert Keppler stated, "Our guys are ready and excited for the challenges this week presents and we will all be prepared... we expect the atmospheres surrounding the games this week to be very loud and full of emotion, we should see all of the arenas packed for these games." This week will be very interesting and full of a lot of excitement and a lot of streaks are going to be put on the line this week.
