The Wyverns travelled to Leicester to take on the Foxes this evening in the second of what team GM Adam Ransom had already said would be a tough league double header.

Tough it certainly was with pretty even possesion of the puck by both teams, superb shooting from the players and stoic net minding. It was Herve Brocard who once again was to the fore for the Wyverns claiming a shut out and allowing a slender 2-0 win for the visitors.

Adam Ransom and the whole team were understandably happy with the result especially as the news came through that the game between Liberators and Pittsburgh Peacocks had gone into overtime. The Wyverns are back to the top of the league this evening and even coach Saroun was seen to crack a little smile before he left the bench.
