Dear Fan.

The Griffin's organisation would like to start by thanking you for your support. With an average of 4 370 spectator at each home game we were able to improve and reach some of our goal.

Some of you may remember last season. We had set some goals. Here is a reminder:

1- Reduce penalities
2- get better penality killing stat
3- Make the top 8 as soon as next season
4- Secure a spot in the final in 3 season.

Well I'm glad to annonce that we have reach 3 out of 4 goals already and that we are exactly were we planned to be.

1: Reduce penalities: This season we got only 136 penalities compare to 277 last season. We were more discipline and focus on the puck.
2: Get better PK%. With 89.71% PK compare to 81.23 last season we were much more efficient this season with our specials units. In fact we were in the top 4 for pk witch is impressive.
3: Make the top 8: with 90 points and a 4th position, not only did we make the top 8 for the first time since the griffins' are in league III we have surpasse our objective.

Now let's focus on the Playoff, we still have 1 objective to get before 3 season and it's to make it to the finals.

As the manager of the team I can say that i'm proud of my players and I beleive in my group. Thanks to the league for the great season.

Now what's to expect: A new training facilities should soon start for our team. This should help promote our player and assure a good future for our youth. Also I'd like to depend the defensive group. we have a wonderful B team with some players that were able to step up in the A team when needed And I'd like to keep it that way.
