Automatic training

As a PRO pack owner you have the option to set an attribute ratio for every staff member that you would like to achieve. Every day the staff member will automatically be trained in the attribute which is furthest away from the desired ratio. You can also set the maximum value of an attribute. Once the staff member reaches it, he will not be trained in this attribute any more.
