Hi Canadians managers!

I would like to be our first U20 manager,but let's present myself a bit.

I'm from Montreal and I'm 16 years old, 17 in a month. I am one the former manager of the game. I know PPM since 2007,even before the inscriptions were open.So,I saw the developpement of this game since the beginning. The reason why I lost my first team is that the game was too complex for me,I was too young.

Now,I'm older and I think I have a good understanding of the game,my team is developping well,my players are balanced,I have correct facilities... And Canadian team is really starting to interest me. so that's why I want to be manager of Canada and why I think I would do a good job.

I'm really active,I post almost everyday of the forum and if you have any request,you can contact me, I'm billingual.A lot of you know me.

So I hope I convinced you to elect me and we will bring Canada to the top!

Hello again everyone. I have been fairly quiet since the last elections. For those of you who don't know about me yet, I am Skip of the Kenora Thistles Hockey Club. I have the game experience needed to get the job done. This will be a very daunting task of players selections, and it will require the help of others. If I am chosen I will be using 2 or 3 assistants throughtout the season. I will also make sure to comunicate with the other Team Canada Managers to assess Team needs for each squad. Most of all I want to win so, I plan on fielding a high OR squad with our best trainers filling out the remaining slots. This will be a tough player pool to chose from, but I think we are strong enough to compete for a title shot. If I am chosen I will post player requirements in the under 20 forumn.

Greetings, fellow managers!

It is my pleasure to run for the GM of the U20 Canadian national team. First of all, I would like to introduce to you about my managerial career in PPM hockey.

I first joined PPM hockey at the end of Season 7, making Season 8 my first full season in charge. I managed to win the league IV-14, where there were a fair number of competitive teams. I finished Season 8 with a 38-0-0 record (one of only 3 Canadian teams to achieve this), and the most goals scored in any Canadian league with 752. Screenshot proof are:

I have now achieved successful campaigns in league III-4 with being placed 4th twice in Seasons 9 and 10, with this year I am possibly promoting up to league II.

What am I trying to prove? Well, I like to approach an offensive style of hockey. Canada is abundant in young offensive forwards who have excellent effective qualities, and I will make sure the players I pick are suited to the offensive style of hockey. This means, players with high shooting attributes & qualities will have an advantage of being selected.

I have witnessed many weaker teams upset stronger teams because they had higher shooting ratings, and this is just one of the kinds of approaches I would take to make the U20 NT successful.
