Manual distribution into pots will be done by the founder or one of the founder's helpers when the team quota is filled.

Partial refund of organization fee:

As the tournament creator you have the option to have the organization fee partially refunded. If the tournament starts successfully, the requested amount of credits will be refunded from the prize pool. You can type in a number from 0 to 40. The more credits you take away from the prize pool, the more managers you may discourage from signing up for the tournament.

The entry fee is also a contribution to the tournament prize pool reduced by a service fee of 10%. In case the tournament is canceled the entry will be refunded to all registered managers in full amount.

Contribution to the prize pool from the founder:

The founder's contribution to the prize pool may be up to 1000 credits. In case the tournament is canceled the founder's contribution will be refunded in full amount.
